"Waited twenty minutes for a large coffee with a shot of espresso. Went back to counter....asked about my order. Waited about another 10....ended up with large coffee no espresso. Seemed to be more focused on online orders rather then the people in the store."
"The shop states it opens at 430am. A few times it has been well after 5am that they are opening. They purposely put "sold out" on the Starbucks app, meanwhile you can order these items if you go in person. Why is there this discrepancy? On the days they open on time and the Starbucks ap is available to use, the service is great and the staff is welcoming."
"So I paid > 6 dollars for a shaken espresso drink… note the quantity of ice here. Absolutely asinine. The worker was like “is there a problem with your drink?” Yes. It’s 80% ice!!!"
"I typically like this Starbucks however recently they have not been completing my mobile orders correctly. They have made iced when I ordered hot. They don’t add the whip cream or drizzle I added. It is frustrating because I pay for the add on that I don’t receive."
