"Came for warranty service. They screwed it all up, and then instead of apologizing and making good they gave me attitude like “hey sorry too bad. What do you want us to do? “. I want you to treat me nicely and take responsibility! Cost me my entire work day. The least they could do is apologize and offer me something in return. Nope. No idea why they have five stars when they’re giving two star service and one star attitude."

"Have been there many times in past, as I bought my my 2014 Toyota Camry there May 2021. So it's good to see all areas of a dealership. Went in for a state inspection sticker. Got there a little after 8. I don't think I barely had time to get seated...start reading some material I bought when my name was called....all set. Nice modern facility. Very comfortable waiting area..friendly staff..."
"Always very friendly and helpful. They don't try to push extras on you. Waiting room area always clean and bright. Sure, you could probably get some of the services cheaper elsewhere but you leave knowing things were done right and if there is an issue they are the first ones to make it right without a hassle. We bring all three of our Toyotas here for service. Wouldn't go to any other dealership."
