"Called and ask about a propane regulator, super nice help over the phone. They had it waiting for me behind the counter when I arrived a few hours later and shared their knowledge with me as far as installation and proper use of yellow thread tape which they carry as well. Cannot recommend this place enough for all your camping needs, much better than spending your money at a national chain store, will definitely be back soon!"

A recent repair that required the removal of the refrigerator was diagnosed correctly and carried out without a scratch."
"My water heater had a leak. I stopped by Majors RV to find out if they stocked water heaters. I planned on taking the tank out to inspect it. I tried to inspect it through the access hole inside but that didn't work well. I was explaining my situation when Mr Major called me over. He said you know most of the time, from what I hear you saying, it's a neoprene fitting. He was absolutely right. Saved me hours of unnecessary work! I have been to this store a couple times a year for about 10 years now. They always greet you upon entering and are happy to help you. The only other place I have ever been to that has this high level of customer service is Disney World. Amazing people!"
"We were in need of a new toilet for our RV. We called just before leaving on our trip hoping for a miracle. The staff was helpful and friendly on the phone call. Verified the dimensions/specs for our particular rig. When we arrived enroute to our destination to pick up the new toilet they were again just as friendly and helpful in person. Highly recommended. Would absolutely do business again! Wish you had a location closer to our home!"
"This place is AMAZING!!! They have EVERYTHING!!! And if they don't have it, they are great about telling you where you can find what you need- even if it means sending you to a competitor. They have all the right COVID safeguards In place, but even so, their store was super warm, friendly, and inviting. I'm new to camping- we bought a new-to-us car that came with a pop-up (I know, right?) and I'm absolutely *thrilled* that they are just a few minutes away from us."
