"Recently purchased my 2020 Jeep from Atlantic Subaru and had an issue with the brakes come up a couple days after picking it up. I let my salesperson know and he had Aaron in the service department get in touch right away and we set up a service appointment. AS has a cool set up for service customers. You pull up to a drive through garage bay, the door slides up and you drive in. You can park your vehicle literally right next to the service entrance door, sweet! Especially if there’s inclement weather, two thumbs up. Once I was inside, the staff was very friendly, even while they were busy working. Jesse took care of my paperwork and set me up with a loaner vehicle. Catching me off guard by saying it would be a bright pink Forester, she had me set up and out the door super fast! Next day I got a couple of calls from Karoline, one of their service advisers, and she was very helpful in going over what work was done and letting me know when the vehicle was ready. So glad I found a dealership I feel I can trust. Highly recommend them!"
