"If I could give negative stars I would. Bought a volkswagon Tiguan from them August 2021. Noticed some issues with rear shocks during the test drive but they assured us the proper repairs would be done prior to purchase. Told us we could come pick the car up and complete the purchase, after we hand the check over and sign paperwork , they tell us there’s still more issues that need fixed and we have to come get it another day. Replaced the rear shocks 3x and fuel injectors, then said they needed to do fuel lines as well. Finally get to pick it up a week later and within 16 hours of taking it home the engine light came on for a blown turbo and it’s been nothing but issue after issue multiple times a month for the last 2 years. Said they’d fix issues under “warranty” but didn’t actually fix anything the proper way. Replaced rear shocks 3x and still didn’t assemble them properly. Replaced the turbo and didn’t even secure it, no bolts or brackets and it blew oil out the back for a good 3 months before another mechanic found the issue. This car has been to the shop 27 times in 2 years and we have spent over $6,000 in repairs. Paid almost $9k for the car itself. We’ve had to repair everything from malfunctioning electrical systems, exhaust, fuel lines, injectors, starter, throttle, timing, belts, gaskets, ESP, gas tank, gas cap, multiple components of the engine, leaking moon roof resulting in 10gallons of water damage… just got it back from the repair shop last week and now the engine light is back on, for another issue. They placed an inspection sticker on it when it was purchased and driving off the lot the front turn signals didn’t even work. Doesn’t even have functioning air bags. We are stuck in a loan with over $6k to pay off and I haven’t been able to drive this car more than 50 miles with out something going wrong since the day I got it. Dishonest, greedy money hungry crooks and my husband even used to work for them doing detail work, would think they’d have enough respect to not screw us over, but no. Guys just taps the hood of the cars and assures you “it’s a good car” knowing he’s lying through his teeth. DONT BUY FROM GOOD GUY!!!! We can’t justify putting anymore money into this car and won’t sell it to another unsuspecting victim.. have no choice but to take it to a dealership and trade it in for something else, add to our existing loan which will result in a higher loan amount, larger payment and longer loan period. This car has absolutely drained us."

"This dealership should NOT be allowed to inspect and sticker their own inventory. In less than 6 months of purchasing a vehicle that had just been given a brand new sticker, the AC compressor, front brake pads, rotors and calipers and all ignition coils and spark plugs needed replacing (cost over $2,750 all together). 6 more months go by and I am told when trying to get a sticker NOT from Good Guys that there has been AFTER MARKET welding on the flex pipe and catalytic converter, both of which failed inspection, along with a strut, the swaybar links, a control arm, MISSING ENGINE COVER, and oil leaking at multiple locations. Don't forget the bad O2 sensor! My mechanic after seeing this told me it was not worth fixing, and that there is "no way IN HELL" that this all went wrong in the time I had the vehicle. I hope this deters at.east 1 person from giving this scam of a dealership their business. If you do go to them and are not a mechanic, be sure to bring one with you!"

"Moved here in June, from Florida. Needed a “winter” car. Found Good Guys, two hours away from me. Drove down to meet Dominic to see a Suzuki, but it wasn’t for me. He had a Subaru Outback that would suit me better. Dominic & Maria were very helpful to guide me where to go for financing. Price was great. Dominic was so patient while I secured financing, thank you! My man & I came down a week later to purchase the Subaru. A few days after I purchased it I discovered it needed an alignment. Dominic & Guy took wonderful care of me. I ended up “test driving” the car to Florida and back! Such a nice, comfortable car! I recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle. Thank you, Good Guys!!"

"Quite pleased with my experience. Despite my horrific credit, I was in dire need of downgrading to a more efficient vehicle. After finding a vehicle that struck my interest, I expressed my concerns about credit. They worked with me to ensure a fair trade of my vehicle for something more appropriate for my needs. The overall process was quite simple, & I drove away with the best vehicle within my budget. I was initially hesitant to do business with a place called "Good Guys" because a lion doesn't have to tell you it's a lion. However, it's not just a clever name, & in fact, I'd call them "Great Guys" based on my experience. I would definitely do business with them again in the future."
