"Bought my first bike in years and it was sent here for assembly. I’ve been to many bike shops over the years across NY, and have never met such a kind and helpful staff. I wish I could remember the names of everyone that helped, but Aaron was great. Taught me how to do basic stuff that I am clueless about, got me whatever tools and other gear I needed, and even helped me load it up in my car. I did not have a bike shop that I was a customer of before in Albany or the Capital Region, but now I definitely won’t be going elsewhere. I cannot recommend CK enough! They’re great, especially if you’re still trying to figure stuff out and are generally clueless."
