"This place is way too close to my work, so sometimes I'm in here 3 times a week. It is very organized and clean. The only issue I've had is with their shopping carts. The associates don't always think to push them through the lane, so by the time a customer goes through the turnstile, they no longer have access to getting one and need to walk through the checkout maze to get one."
"Went in the Augusta Maine store 03Jan24 around 6pm. Was looking at three different generators. Had a question, looked for an associate for 20 minutes. Gave up, used my phone and narrowed it down to one for $789.00. Grabbed the ticket to take to the register. Waited at an empty register for almost 10 minutes, no cashier no one just me. Placed the ticket on the counter and promptly left. I’ll pay the extra $300 for a Generac at a store that will acknowledge my existence. My advice, drive the extra fifteen and go to Harbor Freight in Waterville. More stock and employees that want to help."
"I have great luck every time I go there for any type of tools that I'm looking for I've had good luck with the tools I bought there and I usually do put the insurance on them just in case they break. But it is a great place to shop if you don't have a ton of money to spend on expensive tools."
"This is my home tool store. The employees are great. Their membership program is fantastic and pays for itself the same day. I’m a mechanic and my tools are very important. If my tools break or have an issue I exchange them for a new one. They have never given me trouble or any negativity about using their exchange program and I am very grateful for their customer service at the Rockland, Maine store."
