"Just bought a washer in May needed a service call in July was upset the washer had a problem within a month and a half. the techs that showed up were very friendly and found the problem within 20 mins. the problem wasn't the machine the problem was a penny had become lodged in the drain hose, no fault at all with the machine or the business. "I have used Daves for a number of years both in Boothbay and at Sugarloaf. They have always done a fabulous job with both sales and service but today they topped it all in a different way. I ordered a dishwasher to replace a broken one that was 12 years old and had been repaired once already. I figured it wasn't worth fixing at that age. When removing the water line I realized there was a secondary shut off valve further down the line that had been turned off. Turning that on solved the problem. When I called to tell them I didn't need the new dishwasher that had been special ordered and was already loaded on the truck and out for delivery they were completely understanding and showed absolutely no frustration in their voices at my stupidity. They are just a great company to work with for a lot of reasons !!!"
