"Your Ace Hardware store is 20.9 miles each way from my home. I will make a special trip to Audettes to find what I need. Today I wanted a specific drill bit for drilling in heavy metal. An employee offered to help find it. It didn't take long at all. Then he left me alone to check out their offerings. They even have replacement wheels for sliding doors! I don't remember seeing those in a big box store. And the woman at the cash register was very pleasant."
