"I recently switch from Walgreens after 5 years with them due to random closure and hour changes. I immediately noticed that the staff is much more friendly than Walgreens. They have WAY better & consistent hours. Lastly, they fill prescriptions really quick. If you are there and it isn’t filled, they will fill it within 30mins while you shop."

"We moved to Monmouth a year and a half ago ever since we’ve came here they’ve never had our prescription ready on the day of sometimes even the second day we’re always waiting and even though they have hours sometimes they leave early to go home! NEED NEW STAFF THIS PLACE IS AWFUL"
"Very disappointing experience today. A new computer system should not cause my prescription to be delayed 16 hours (shouldn't that make it better?)(5pm to 9am - if it's even ready). Good thing this isn't a life threatening condition, but it will cause me to miss another day of work. Very disappointing!"
"Be prepared to wait, and wait. Several meds are often out of stock or on backorder. The pharmacists are wonderful however a few of their techs aren't as knowledgeable as they should be; one was easily confused about a very simple question & refused to understand my concerns. A refresher in customer service & courtesy is in order. This is the first negative experience ever in over a decade of patronizing Hannaford pharmacies."
