"It was a good experience for me.I was told and shown the basics of to fill the chainsaw with gas and oil and the basics of starting and stopping the saw. Also sending in the warranty was very helpful and the person waiting on me was quite knowledgeable with the information and demonstrations concerning the saw."
"The store associate that helped me with my order was a bit grumpy because he was not given his daily treats, apparently because he ate a couple packages of dog treats the night before. Despite this he still allowed some head scratches and was very polite. 5/5 stars."
