"When I went to get a service done I had an owl necklace hanging from my mirror and when I picked it up it was gone. I was charged for 2 hours or labor and they only had my car for 1 hour. They talk smack about their customers while they are still in store and our so called bad decisions when they were the ones to recommend to do or not do a job/replace a part. I am done with this place. I have given them many chances to clean up their act. But stealing my property it's the final straw. Get better employees and better customer service."
