"I wasn't terribly impressed with the food. The gravy on the poutine was too salty, and there weren't enough cheese curds. The buffalo wings were lacking in sauce, and kind of dry. Also, the menu was extremely limited. It had one category: mains. And everything in said category was more like an appetizer. Poutine, and buffalo wings for instance. The menu was a single printed page. It almost seems as though they gave us the specials menu and forgot to give us the full menu. The cocktails we tried were also less than stellar. In response to the rebuttal by the owner. I must have been away from the table when the special Sunday menu was explained. Sorry about that. I have adjusted my rating accordingly. I didn't send my food back, or raise an issue with the staff, because what I got was what I ordered, and it was edible. I'm only giving my honest thoughts on what I was served. Sorry that you took it as a personal affront. Normally I would chalk it up to an off night, and plan on giving any restaurant a second chance. You will not be given that courtesy, thanks to your snarky reply."

"Soooooooo good. The courtyard is lovely, staff was super friendly, and y'all that did was excellent. Some of the best we've had in Maine! I do not say this lightly, but the Korean BBQ tacos are probably the best I've ever had. Absolutely scrumptious. Richard never tries new things; the man eats like a toddler. He was intrigued enough to try the PB&J Bacon Burger, and he loved it! THIS is how you do fusion cuisine. We will absolutely be back. Update after second visit: Still delicious. The bar is crazy well-stocked, and the staff knowledgeable about everything available. I tried the Shipyard pumpkinhead and gahhh it was delicious. My husband tried the plain burger this time, we both shared the poutine, and I again got the spectacular pork belly tacos. I cannot recommend them, and this place in general, enough."

"My husband and I are so grateful to The Bling Pig. Due to unforeseen circumstances our original plan for an engagement party at their event space turned into a wedding reception. They were not only accommodating but went above and beyond for us over and over again! We had AMAZING signature drinks, a beautiful, well decorated space, and the food was so good! All of our guests commented on how warm and cozy the space was and the bar was full the entire night! We cannot recommend this place enough for not only lunch/dinner/drinks but for any event you may have. They truly make you feel like part of the family. Thank you so much for making this day stress free and so memorable for us."

"The style here is unmatched! Even the dishes are cute. I love the color scheme, lighting, and usage of the original architecture and bricks. This is a VERY cool space! Madelin is an excellent bar tender; even when they were swamped on a trivia night, she was keeping up making all the very fancy drinks while still being sociable and attentive! The drinks and food are a bit pricey, but always good! I highly recommend the shrimp tacos just because of whatever delicious sauce was in them."
