"Place has really good selection of stuff. This is where the good ends. Went in looking for puffco proxy. Needed 2. Staff knows nothing of what they’re selling. They had to call someone else to answer any questions. All the puffco stuff is priced 20-40% over retail. 299 prices marked at 375. Would go down to 325 after another phone call. Then tells us that any discounts come out of her pay. All we were trying to do was buy 2 pieces at 299. This is Puffcos own retail price. The retail they sell them at everywhere but here. Shop was local so was first stop. And last stop. Told lady and person on phone we were ready to spend 600+$ there right now if we could pay retail. Hard no. Don’t even stop here. The prices are insane and staff will just point to the general direction of the glass. Is like Home Depot of glass shops. Save dough go to a knowledgeable and ethical shop like Northern Lights in Albany. What we did, Sean was awesome. Went over everything and even checked the pieces to make sure everything was functioning the way it is supposed to before we left. He even busted out a bunch of different pieces that we could use with the puffco proxys we purchased."

"I had an incident here. I picked up items on sale, they charged full price. I asked for the difference in refund and they said all sales are final. I asked for store credit they said that wasn't possible then gave me an email for the manager. The managers got back to me and sent me an email with store credit."
