"Their humus/cheese plate is tremendous and left a sultry desire for the other offerings of this fine establishment on the corner lot of 4th and Adams Street right next to the historic Poestenkill creek, a hudson river tributary which provides a spawning location for anadromous river herring in the spring. Fine dining at its best. Their frozen microwaved Big Az burgers pair well with a Steel Reserve and maybe a loosey newport 100. 10/10 would drink 4Loco's outside of there again."
