"Went to this Arby’s after not having power for numerous hours and waited 35 minutes in line for them to tell us they’re closed right when we got to the speaker to order….. This was at 8:47pm when their hours state they close at 10pm. They did this to multiple people in front of and behind my car. We called to speak with a manager to voice our frustrations and we’re told “I’ll take your order” then rudely hung up on. Come out and tell the people waiting in line next time you close significantly earlier than your regular hours. You lost the business of many people tonight who got amazing customer service at the Augusta Taco Bell across the road."
