"Look, Dunkin is a fast food chain and not a fancy coffee shop. I know what I'm getting when I go, it's serviceable. My iced coffee order was slightly wrong, I didn't know until I had already left. The chocolate frosted donut met expectations, though $1.79 may be a bit much. The things they do great are the breakfast sandwiches and hash browns."

"I’m not the type to write negative reviews, but I had a very poor experience with this location. Staff was fine and quick, however I spent over 5 dollars on a latte that was 80% ice. I’m a very slow drinker, usually takes me over an hour to finish my drink, but this was gone in ten minutes. Really it was only a few sips. If I’m spending 5 dollars I should get an iced latte, not a cup of ice with a bit of latte thrown in."
"Very rude staff. I had a rather large order at the drive thru window and staff member sigh, and say oof, big oof. If you’re not prepared to make the things on your menu, don’t offer them. Do better."
