We are dedicated to providing the best quality coffee, cultivated in Rwanda and expertly roasted in Portland. We support over 1,200 Rwandan farmers and their families with annual healthcare and contribute to the building of the Gisagara Daycare and Elementary School. Our commitment to buying coffee cherries directly from farmers at twice the farm gate price ensures fair compensation for their hard work. The high altitude and tropical climate of Rwanda create ideal conditions for growing high-quality coffee, with the peak harvest season from May onwards. Our beans are roasted by Master Roaster John Walsh to bring out the unique flavors of the nutrient-rich volcanic soil. We believe in profit sharing and give back 50% of our profits to support healthcare, education, and infrastructure in Rwanda. Customers rave about the quality and flavor of our coffee, with the dark roast being a favorite. Visit us Tuesday to Thursday from 9am to 3pm for a taste of the best coffee on the planet!

"I really liked this coffee shop. They are great at staying safe during Covid and the coffee was really great. They also had oat milk which was the main reason I wanted to come. Their hours are a little weird as they are trying to get back to business as usual so I would call because they were open even when google said they weren’t. I ordered two ice coffees with oat milk and they were lovely!"
"Great place to get some breakfast sandwich and coffee. They have veggie sausages that are really good. They also sell baked goodies from local places. Too bad that they don’t accept orders for pick up. It is on my way to school and I would love to call ahead and just stop by to get it to save me some time."
