"Ordered one donut when it was not busy at all and it took 15 minutes. The people at the counter were standing there while I waited. Never going here again, and if anyone reading this is thinking about going, go to the one on Alfred Street."
"Getting worse and worse every year. Not sure if Steve and wife still own it but lately the drive through has hand written notes on the speaker saying the drive through is closed. Not very professional at all. The afternoon crew is a joke, teenagers bashing previous customers in front of other customers."
"Don't go here if you're in a hurry. Been going here over a year. Drive thru keeps moving, even if slowly. But going inside is the worst thing you can do. They let you wait at the register and don't take your order. They just continously make incoming mobile orders even if they're placed after you show up. Lobby is full of customers in line and mobile orders waiting around. They aren't able to systematically handle their orders and keep lines moving."
"I asked for less ice in my coffee because intake a while to drink it and don't like when it gets watered down. I have always been given a full cup of coffee anyways but this location only gives you half if you ask for less ice?"
