"There is a funny odor when entering the building. The employees are attentive. My order was not right on 2 occasions, a little disappointing especially for the prices charged for whip cream and topping. There was a gentleman who was so customer oriented that had waited on us his name was if we remember correctly Nicky? He is an asset to your establishment. The orders came out perfectly."

"This place is kind of become a joke. First they stop allowing order a heads. When people complain they allow them but make everything in the app sold out. Now they’ve shut down the cafe for the last week and a half…. What’s going on here?"
"Although it's a bit too cold inside, it's physically comfortable and the staff doesn't bother you after you sit down. Ordering, whether via mobile app, at the counter, or from the drive through is quick, easy, and efficient. Generally very accommodating. Large leather chairs are my favorite."
