"Hit or miss on how well of customer service you get. I ran in to use the restroom. Afterwards I figured I'd grab a coffee. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes listening to the employees talk and then when they finally realized I was waiting the girl had to finish eating to serve me. But she didn't even wash her hands. I said never-mind and left. I don't typically get food just coffee...."
"As alot of places these days.. understaffed, very long wait, was offered a doughnut for compensation. Refused donghnut but was pleased with the women's attitude, she seemed genuine. I heard the driver behind me hitting his horn! What did accomplish? I like Dunkin coffee so I didn't mind the wait. The Dexter Dunkin parking is cramped, if tired of waiting there is no way to escape! but good to see it is doing well."
