"The Naples (Route 302) crowd was absolutely OUTSTANDING today (Sat, 8/5). There was a lot of people lined up at Drive-Thru, in house, and on-line orders were a plenty on the shelf. Great customer service behind the counter. Not sure who was handling Drive-Thru, but she was super friendly handing customers their orders and making fun conversations with them all. Just a great experience. Great job Naples!!!!"
"I get it it's busy, but the least you can do is get my coffee correct. Usually a sticker is placed on the coffee, mine did not. The bagel I received was not toasted, just slapped a chuck of cream cheese in the middle. . My coffee has cream not milk. This happens over and over at this particular dunks. You guys can do better."
