"Ive been going here for years. Now they have new people or really just one guy who is there everyday and very disrespectful to his customers.. I was in there the other day and he refused to help this lady for some reason and waited for me and my fiancé to go to the check out before he helped her out. Until they address the issue or fix it, I will be taking my business elsewhere."
"Very Disappointed. On line website advertised price for Guinness cans (case) was $38.61. Got there and it was $44.99. The cashier called his boss and handed me the phone. Boss says "yea, that's not the right price"....would he honor it? NO. I was there so I bought it. Will I go back? NO. You have lost a customer. I posted a comment on their facebook page, they did not reply, they simply deleted my post. This is actually the first time I gave anyone a bad review, but they deserve it. Buyer Beware, expect to pay more. I gave one star because you can't give zero."
"Buyer beware. This place overcharges you and then asks if you want a receipt expecting you to say no. I was overcharged by $10 on my purchase and would not have known unless I had asked for the receipt. This is the first bad review I’ve ever had to post for any business, and I’m not happy doing it. The guy at the counter who overcharged me knew what he was doing and never apologized, although he refunded all the money when caught. I ended up returning the item I purchased. Will happily add photos of receipts if proof is needed. Again, just beware. And always ask for a receipt from this place whether offered or not. I have a feeling this is standard practice. I should add that I had never been there before, so locals may not have the same issue."
"Very friendly staff and the prices are some of the best in the area. However the store is a germ factory. They spend most of the day in the back handling returned cans and when they come up to the counter they don’t wash their hands. They also have a community pen on the counter that’s disgusting. Always bring hand sanitizer and a pen with you when you go here."
"Those reviews were definitely done by employees. The guy who works there at the register is rude and if you bring in a bag of cans and you don't count them He will rip you off. So count them yourself first."
