"The lodge has fantastic food. We stayed down below by the river in a framed tent. Shouldn't expect too much in a situation like that but the cots were comfortable. we provided our own sleeping bags and pillows. There was a light and a fire pit out in front along with a picnic bench. Absolutely fantastic time with family. The money that you spend for the videos is not something that I would recommend. We spent approximately $60 for the videos, which totaled less than 30 seconds of combined footage of our run. No b-roll or anything else of that nature with regards to the campsites and / or large interaction with guests. The cameraman was excellent, very courteous, but I think the photos are overpriced for what you're getting."

"Stayed here in one of the larger cabins while visiting family in the area. The cabin was great ! Every thing we needed. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Very clean . The main building serves food which was excellent and the decor was very attractive. I hear the rafting guides are wonderful and some of the best in the area. We will be back in the summer and enjoy this when it is warmer. We will stay here again."

"The cabin we shared was HUGE!! It had plenty of room for a large group and we arrived to a very clean space. The guides were really AMAZING! Fun and informative and kept our rafts right-side-up (mostly) and kept things very light and fun, yet made it very clear that safety was paramount with several safety briefings and repeating reminders often. Unexpectedly, I find myself booking for my next weekend right now!"

"We parked our RV on site (2 nights) and took the Kennebec river 4 hour tour (Myself and my 11yo Daughter). River was great, our guide, Dana was the best. There is a gas station/grocery right across the street, which was very convenient in an RV (although took away from the wilderness of Maine aspect a tiny bit...) Quiet, not crowded RV spots (there was 1 other RV while we were there, with water/power/fire pit) Some trails to walk/hike on the property. Would absolutely reccomend/return."
