Domino's Pizza

"I placed an order tonight that took almost 2 hours to have completed. I have been going here since they opened, and the customer service seems to have gotten worse each time that I order. I had to wait over a half an hour at the pickup window until an employee decided to make his way to the window, after making eye contact with me several times. He had no idea what was going on, and took almost the same amount of time to check on my order. I ended up going inside, and within about 10 minutes or so, they magically had my order, after telling me that it was in the oven. I went home, and the 3 out of the 4 items were cold. I’m not sure if I’m going to be able to go back after the lack of customer service and overall incompetence of the employees."

"I Placed an older at 5:30 pm January 27th, Simply a steak sandwich and a stuffed bread. went back 45 minutes later. They told me another half hour went back in a 1/2 hour later. Still not ready. I left at 7 o'clock and never got my food. Not sure about this place first time visit. Also I will not go back would be nice to habe gotten a refund though."

"Placed an order online for delivery for 530. 6 o’clock goes by I make a phone call to the store. The girl says they’re out for delivery. 6:25 goes by and still no delivery. I called to speak with the manager. Seem to get anywhere!. Very very poor service. For delivery. I will be waiting for a phone call from the district manager. They should at least refund my order. Again very unhappy! This is a new update for the review. Another half an hour has gone by and still no delivery.! Finally, the delivery got here at about 650. As I expected. Everything is pretty much cold."

"My hubby and I called in a pizza order today to take home. It needed a little bit of microwave time by the time we got home to New Sharon, but it didn't hurt the taste or texture one bit. IMO BEST Pizza in this area and knocks socks of the other guys up the street. The thin crust was crispy, delicious sauce and pepperoni with pineapple can't be beat. We will be back. "This location is awesome. The staff is friendly. The food is so delicious. You get a great quantity and quality for your price. The store is super clean. There is plenty of parking and handicap accessible. If there's ever a problem, they fix it. They give So many discounts and promotions. No matter what your budget is You will not be disappointed The store manager is the nicest And will answer any question you have."
