"I wish I could give this store zero stars because of the extremely disappointing service EVERY SINGLE TIME I go in there. It is almost always the same young man at the register who is always on his phone and often kind of rude. My most recent visit was the worst one yet. I purchased some items on my way home from a work one evening to. I ended up buying more than I needed and when I tried to return them at this location the young man refused to refund me because I didn’t purchase those items at this exact location. As a manager for a national retail chain this is the most appalling customer service I have ever witnessed. I would lose my job if I ever told one of my customers that they had to drive 30 minutes away to return some thing at a different location. Not a great way to represent you company and something you may want to look into."
