"Had an appointment, they knew the type of dog/coat. He gets groomed at least twice a year and I brush in between. I drop him off and they call complaining about his undercoat. This must be a strict bathe and trim spot now. Sad, he went to the old place for years. She even through his age at me all worried. 7 year old Shellie. Then told me I should bring him back to who I was using before! I only was trying to give this place a chance because it was convenient for me. She even asked me if he’s ever been shaved. Who shaves a sheltie?? Never have I had a groomer say anything negative about him or complain. Took him to Cape Pups for a comb out and bath. $40. Took 45 minutes. Looks fantastic. Maybe overwhelmed?"
