"Purchased over $1,000 worth of tile and after discovering we would not need the tile they refused to take the tile back. We would have been ok paying a restocking fee.. saying it was special ordered when the tile we bought is on their own floor for display Will never recommend to anyone stay away as they will not work with you . I realized we didn't need 3 days after we picked it up and it took them over 2 weeks to give me the response with me calling almost daily to try and get an answer"
