"Truth is I was getting charged twice and wanted to keep my membership so I try contacting the manager in person,through email and phone call. Multiple employees took down my info and said they would give it to the manager. The manager never got back to me. I cancel my membership and somehow I am still getting charged but instead twice.. just once... but I cancel the membership so I never used it... literally hundreds of dollars was stolen from me due to the systems and terrible management... I like the place but they need to work on the manager and system."
"I go here often. They've made this a pretty cool concept. I have the $9.99/month plan, unlimited movies plus free popcorn and 10% off food/drink. A regular ticket is $11 so even if you go once a month it's well worth it. They show the same first-run movies available anywhere. The food is passable, but you order it on your phone from your seat and they serve you. The only thing I don't like is the 20% tip they automatically add to your tab. I would normally tip around 20% anyway if the service is decent, but it should be my choice. The staff is young and somewhat inexperienced, but they're trying, and they're very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this theater and its monthly pass."
"Love supporting a local businesses. Great movies at a reasonable price. Nice small theatre . Nothing fancy, just the way it was meant to be. Staff is friendly and helpful. Amazing drinks. Would like to see a few more food options on the menu. The salads you used to have were great. Don't like ordering food from the app because of the service fee. It's nice to be able to eat and drink while you watch the movie."
"Great staff! I enjoyed engaging with everyone. I think it's awesome they sell food such as chicken tenders and fries and bring it to you (even if it is not the most delicious food I have ever tasted). They are very quick on bringing your orders to you. The small ish rooms are very pleasing to me since I tend to get anxiety in movie theatres. I purchased the annual pass, and I am pretty stoked about it. There is a bar for those who imbibe. I totally dig the outdoor seating."
