"I have loved living here for the past couple of years. The apartments are spacious and clean, the building and grounds/ pool area are always well kept, and the staff here is top notch. Kim (front desk) is always great and easy to work with and the maintenance staff is always kind and prompt with issues. There is plenty of parking and it's a generally quiet area with easy access to Troy and Albany."

"I lived at Captiol View for four years and I loved every minute of it! The apartments are well kept and updated, the location was great to get to Albany or Troy quickly and easily, and the complex is beautiful. Kim is amazing; so friendly and helpful! Specifically, she was very quick to get maintenance requests completed. Additionally, Carl, and the whole maintenance staff, were also friendly and great at their jobs. I would recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for a great, quiet home!"
