"Expect the unexpected, don't stay here before reading reviews. I was charged $80 for a room that you would see on a movie. Curtains are disgusting, blind was broken, I had no TV remote, I was unable to use my TV, I had no towels in my room, other than having to use a hand towel to dry off from my shower..... The person in charge only suggested giving a better discount next time I come in. I don't see myself coming back anytime. Be careful folks"

"Catastrophe. Dead bullet ants everywhere and a squirming cockroach in the shower. A missing dresser drawer, cracked bathroom counter, human secretion on the comforter. I felt sick to my stomach standing in that building and in the room, feels dirty and has dark energy. I checked out immediately. Definitely put your money elsewhere, this place is scary af."

"This situation was absolutely nothing like the pictures we had seen before our departure on the booking website. This is a false advertisement and due to our arrival time from Boston, we were trapped in this room. Last minute alternatives were not possible and they would not give us a refund. Upon our arrival, we were shocked to find the room in an incredibly unsanitary state including, but not limited to, pillows that had a yellow tint to them, blood stains on the floor and on the lamp shades, curtains that could not shut, and an overall appearance to the room I'd describe as grossly uncleaned. Stained floors, moldy walls, and rotting wood. Everything in the room was wet. Don't sleep here unless you love diseases. The upstairs neighbors stomped a lot too, but I don't expect a refund for that. I expect a refund for dealing with incompetent cleaning staff sticking us the in the STD Deluxe Suite."

"We were a bit skeptical on our arrival based on the mixed reviews online. We booked the king suite with jacuzzi tub for Valentines Day. Overall we really enjoyed our experience. Some reviews say things like mold, bugs, etc. Our experience was not the same. We did not see any mold or bugs in our room at all. We checked & cleaned our jacuzzi before using it, but we were pretty happy to see it worked well and it was pretty clean already. The facility could use a bit of update/ maintenance. A bit of peeling wallpaper, some cracks in the flooring, just small stuff like that. The jacuzzi water was nice and hot! Also just a suggestion to update some of the linens, which didn’t necessarily seem stained, just old and kind of dingy. The woman at the front desk was very kind, helpful, and patient. We were very grateful for her hospitality. However, I did speak to a gentleman on the phone prior to our check in, and he did come off a bit abrupt and rude as other reviewers have mentioned. Overall we enjoyed our experience and would come back, would also recommend the jacuzzi suite for someone looking for a romantic night with a lower price tag. The jacuzzi was really beautiful with all of the mirrors and tile around it."

"The motel looks nice from the front. Our room was in the 2 story building in the back. The entrance door was replaced with bare plywood, people smoking in front and shopping carts laying around in the parking lot. The hallway reeked of smoke and was quite dirty. The room itself was reasonably clean, but everything could use work. The walls were thin and the bed was noisy, cold and uncomfortable. Never again!"
