She has been my therapist for almost 2 decades and I can’t imagine what my life would of been like without her! She holds me accountable for the goals that we set together and she never hesitates to call me out on my bs! I don’t know about anyone else but there has been many times that I didn’t see that my actions (or reactions) were self-sabotaging and because of her I am able to check myself before acting out.
