Dr Sargent Never showed for my appointment. NEW DOCTOR!!!! Never checked out, left after over an HOUR m"fer. These Delaware doctors leave This STATE faster than any other. They are here to cut their teeth and BAIL on their "paitants" of they even show up. Tidal heath day they want to help. There is a handful."

"I'd give ZERO STARS if I could!! I was denied services for my daughter, who is 13, because "they don't have children's equipment". She's closer to adulthood then childhood at this point and they waited until an hr before our apmt, that was made over a month beforehand, to even look at her chart to realize they didn't want to put forth any effort in her care. I missed the call but immediately called back and was told that we were still a go for our apmt and then show up there an hr later just to be turned away! For the record, most pt/ot places in our vicinity don't have "children's equipment" but still use their brains and training to come up with exercises that will work for what she needs. The fact that they wouldn't even try says a lot about the type of services they give, or lack there of, especially considering they are affiliated with the ONLY hospital in Western Sussex! Appalling and shameful how this place is run and the lack of effort or caring at all about the patient! This is why I've always tried to stay away from anything related to Nant-I-Choke! Don't go to this campus unless you just need help after pulling a muscle, anything more complex then that and it just may be too much for them to handle!!"
