"This is the second year in a row we’ve rented a unit from Shoreline and it’s been nothing short of perfect. The location is so convenient with having a pizza shop and a Dunkin’ Donuts right across the street. The beach is a short distance. The outdoor pool is great to have to escape the heat. It’s well maintained and a great size. The lounge chairs provided are so comfortable. Everything included with the condo is such a great bonus. Everything is absolutely perfect"
"The condo was nice, great view from the balcony. The TV didn't work right, no streaming services, had to unplug it to turn it off. The rental company was not helpful in fixing this. The dryer lint filter was broken and flew off when we tried to use the dryer . The unit is comfortable but very old. I won't rent from this company again because of their poor customer service."
"Had a great experience with Shoreline Properties! The staff was very kind, responsive, and accommodating. Our condo was very clean with easy access to the beach. Overall, my family enjoyed our trip and look forward to returning!"
"Renter beware. Do not rent properties from this group. Properties are very poorly maintained and have mutliple issues. We stayed in The Pyramid for 900 dollars for 3 nights and our room was dirty, the comforters had various stains on them, and our drains would not stay open when showering or using the sink. Nothing is included with the rooms including toilet paper. You also have to pick up the room, make the beds, do the dishes, take out the trash, etc before leaving or they keep your deposit. Staff is incompetent and do not care about your well being. I would give 0 out of 5 if possible to this poorly run property managment group. I almost feel bad for the owner of the room who lets this geoup manage it...."
