I used to go to bike doctor, but there was times that they were so backed up, I’d have to wait weeks just to get a simple repair. "Kevin and the team were great helping me prep to through bike the C&O Canal. I needed some parts special ordered and Kevin made sure they arrived on time. Their communication was excellent and they even helped me brain storm some non-standard issues with older model bikes."
"They overcharged me for service. Most bike places charge $10-$20 for minor repairs and this one said it charges $1.50 a minute. They charged me $10 for my part and $30 for service but the repair should’ve only took less than 10 minutes so everything doesn’t add up. They didn’t put air in my tire or check anything. Goto another bike shop this one is owned by a businessman scammer not a biker who wants the best for bikers."
