"The manager George is an embarrassment to this franchise. He has a massive ego. Tried to get into an altercation with our table. Accused us of trying to use fake gift cards and was load and obnoxious with our whole table trying to embarrass our party in front of other customers. Truly an awful experience with this location. We’ve come here multiple times. We even got the gift cards from this location. George the manager was a major ego problem. Walks around with his shirt unbuttoned and just looks unprofessional. He came with the intent to escalate the situation, he was rude and shows he has no real management experience. Should be removed from management. His waiter was a great server and knows a thing about the service industry unlike George"

"The good thing about this place is thst they open late, they have half priced appetizers after 10pm and overall has a good atmosphere. The food is good, service is fast and the guy who was our server, David was very friendly and not pushy at all like asking all the time if we are okay or if we needed anything. I think he is the best server that we've had anywhere we've been. There is plenty of parking available. Good location too considering there is a movie theater right across it and a lot of shopping."

"Wasn't my best experience at Applebee's. The food wasn't very tasty and the portions were poor. The restaurant was super cold and we always had to chase after the waiter to get assistance. Most likely won't go there again."
