"The larger light skin female I believe a pharmacist tech with an overbite is literally the worst one in there and doesn’t look like she even wants to be there made me not want to come back it’s not my fault she hate her job not to mention she spit on my cheek when she was talking and I’m confused why they aren’t wearing masks if they are going to have this issue, how unsanitary"
"Harley Baker is the worst tech they have in there. She is always very rude and has an attitude for no reason. There's never a smile on her face. Consistently rolling her eyes when you ask her a question. I watched her raise her voice at a customer and it was disgusting."
"It takes way to long to get a prescription filled here even when there aren't other customers. CVS and Rite Aid are much quicker. You can call Wal-Mart at 9AM. They tell you your script is in and will be ready by 10 AM. Then, you go at 10:30 and it's still not ready. I hear them on the phone asking the doctor questions. Why didn't you call the doctor between 9-10:30? Meanwhile the whole time I have to sit and wait, the store is a ghost town. No other customers around. Make no sense. And they are never friendly or nice. No other pharmacy in this area is like this but Wal-Mart always has outrageous wait times. It is even worse when you are really sick and just want to get your medicine and go home. 20 minutes later, still waiting at Wal-Mart. 11 AM. These people get paid 100K per year and treat the customer as if their time has no value!"
"6 people working in pharmacy dept. and they make you stand and wait for them to stop talking, or drinking soda, or coming back from brake, not acknowledging anyone and go straight to the phone. Extremely rude, I walked out and went to CVS, only wanted some Advil cough and cold, can shop plenty of other stores and I am sure the staff there couldn’t care less."
