"Cute clothing and jewelry store to stop by in Berlin. I found everything to be pricey, even the non branded things. But it was nice to look around."

"This is a cute place to shop, owned by a friendly, lovely and welcoming woman. The place is filled with a variety of items to fancy everyone's taste. The owner helped us with our clothing and accessories selection. We had a toddler and a teen and she was very helpful and kind to us. Was not bothered by the toddler and we spent two ours at the shop. For beautiful gifts or clothing, don't forget to stop at this charming store. We will visit again when we're in town again."

"The shop Victorian Charm is listed as one of the main stores in Berlin and once you enter the colors, sights and products are plentiful. Its worth a visit even if you don’t buy anything. Lots of gift items and clothes to fit."

"I love to pop in just to see what's new.....Vera Bradley masks, soft pj's, great gifts like Brighton and scarves. Last weekend I decided to be brave and bought a flannel shirt and a pair of black fleece lined leggings and then a second similar outfit because the prices are so reasonable. WOW!!!!!! I didn't try them on at the shop even though I could have. I tried them on today thinking I could take them back if Melissa was wrong. Nope! Keepers !! I'll go back this weekend to get another pair of those super soft warm leggings. Support your small town small business owners and you will get great deals, unique outfits and feel good about it!"

"The selection was very nice, but upon testing the men's fragrance in hopes of buying for a gift, I overheard the man and woman at the register discussing how annoying it was when people spray the fragrance. Personally, I don't know what any of that smells like just from the bottle, nor did I see any test strips (so I would have something to spray at). Personally, I found it rather rude. If you don't want customers trying out a product, don't leave out a tester. If you feel the need to talk about how annoying your customers habits are, maybe don't speak about them when they're standing right there."
