"Kudos to Ashley....Beef Burritos had plenty of meat....thank God it definitely cost more than enough $1.79each/3 for$5.37 then $3Extra for meat instead of beans....so $8.37 for 3 Beef Burritos [which consists of beef,onions, a little cheese & red sauce] [ Rip of Central ] I got to say previous weve had some problems here with just getting all the food that we ordered!!! So Thank you Ashley for the fabulous Tacos, Burritos & Chicken Challuppas which had just the right amounts of everything on each.... I have to give credit whet credit is due!! By the way they took the Beef Burrito off of the menu so this is the way you have to order this....you order a bean burrito minus the beans & 2 parts beef & just to make sure their on the right page as you...you need to make sure that it comes with cheese, onions & red sauce..... such a pain to order....why did they ever take it off the menu I'll never know.....the only thing is...is that they are freakin delicious...judge for yourself!! ENJOY If you don't order it like this you're prone to get the wrong Burrito...just thought I'd warn yall... Have a good one >>>>Lisa Ashley should get a raise...........she's gonna keep customers coming back.. not the people who were barely putting any meat in the tacos let alone much else."

"I originally dined in at the newer location in Newark. The food was good and the inside was nice but I was disappointed that by the time we paid for our food and it was ready to eat we were given our cups to fill at the same time. At that point we learned they were out of Baja blast completely, which is one of the main reasons we love Taco Bell. I asked an employee and they said they wouldn’t have any until the truck came tonight. So they new beforehand and if we had ordered with a human instead of a computer we would’ve known on the spot and picked the Elkton location to begin with. I was disappointed and thought to call Elkton since it’s on the way home anyway. I spoke to a women named Ashley who said to come on by and she made sure we got our Baja! She was awesome!! Amazing customer service, and so friendly. I will choose Elkton every time knowing I get to order from a person and knowing they have great service."

"Giving it one star and not recommending zero stars, since the food was still good and at least that's redeemable. Took over 20 minutes to get my food last night, just three people in our party. More than once the employees began verbal altercations with each other, specifically one female worker. She cursed out her fellow employee multiple times, with every profanity accounted for. My 8 year old is learning about life quickly from trips to Elkton."

"Food here was edible but below average. The place was overall completely dirty. As you can see from the photo there is food on the floor and the food prep area as well as a serving utensil being kicked around on the floor instead of being picked up and washed. I was waiting to see if that utensil got picked up and used to dispense food but I think eventually it just got kicked underneath a prep station. There were three people working here, and the owner as seen in the photo. Photo. All seemed overworked and miserable. As far as getting your order taken, there's a kiosk machine with accessibility on both sides to place orders. On one side the screen is broken and unusable. On the other side, I placed my order, but the credit card transaction got stuck, and the credit card processing part of the kiosk stopped working after my order, although it did process and charge my credit card. Card. My order never went through until about 20 minutes later when they realized that I was standing there and there were no orders for me, then they asked what I had ordered scribbled it down and made it as quickly as possible. We finally got our food, and it wasn't inedible, but it wasn't hot and it was below average. Average. I'm not a big Taco Bell fan in general as I prefer real Mexican food, but Taco Bell sounded like a good option. This experience makes me remember why I don't go to Taco Bell very much. "The picture below was one of two identical “cheesy Gordita crunches” made on soft taco shell and not the flat bread, we opened it up and took a picture as you can see below. We called two different numbers that ended up never being answered. I paid over $5 each for these. The next day I drove up to Elkton to specifically speak with a manager. I went into Taco Bell and immediately wondered why I heard an employee turn away from the counter and ask “is the dining room open?” “No, it opens at 4” someone answered back.. all employee backs were to me. It was weird. I vocalized I needed to speak with a manager..and again no response from these “employees” aka children. Then a gentle human being approached me from the back and it’s Brandon- the manager. He was amazing and embarrassed by the pictures I showed him of our previous order. I wasn’t rude Bc I thought it may have been someone’s first night on the job the night before. I told him I just wanted them made right and he was so kind and made them. He gave us some incentives for the messed up order and I was out the door. I give him 5 stars for how he has to deal with the environment he’s in. Other than that/ Taco Bell needs to train employee’s how to speak to the public when they’re at work. Making eye contact and using words would be a great step. The place is never open. And is usually out of eveything when you order. That genuinely was the last time we will ever go to that location. Absolutely disgusted and I’ve worked in food and beverage for 15+ years."
