"Waited for 30 min in drive thru (only 2 cars ahead of me) and got cold fries. Last time I’ll go there. I should have known better but thought drive thru would be faster (30 min was faster) than the usual 1 hour wait. I’ve been 3 times before to pickup for a food delivery service. The orders were placed online before my arrival and each time I still had to wait an hour for the food which is already cooked (sitting on shelves behind counters). I even offered to come behind the counter and bag it myself at one point. If you say anything about how long it’s taking it seems like they purposely make you wait longer. The workers start laughing and talking to each other in Spanish. I’ll no longer eat here or accept any food delivery orders for this location. After all, most people get “fast food” because they’re hungry and need to get something fast. The amount of time it takes to get food here… You could go to a fancy sit down restaurant with a server, take your time reading menu, order, wait for chef to prepare, eat a 5 course meal, pay and leave in the same amount of time you will wait for here for cold “fast food”"
"Ordered through DoorDash and it’s been an hour since my initial order. My door dash person is still waiting for them to prepare my order. Called four times to try and resolve with them and they won’t pick up the phone. Unfortunately this is not the first time we have waited an exorbitant amount of time for an order. I will never order from them again."
"I got a 8 piece and I would have been embarrassed to serve the chicken. There was a leg in there so small the wing was bigger. Got 4 thighs and 1 wing 1 breast and 2 tiny legs. When you spend over 20 bucks for chicken you expect a little more. I will never go back to the Popeyes in Elkton.."
