"This is a super busy location, but the service is always great. The food is hot and good. The pot roast is nearly as good as what I make at home and the rolls are better. We’ve done breakfast and dinner here and both are good."
"We went in on Thanksgiving. As a long time Golden Corral customer that has been to locations all over the Country I know how their Thanksgiving business can be. I thought this restaurant was great especially for its size. It is a smaller location because it's in a truck stop. But they still managed to have damn near as much selection as the bigger full size locations. The cashier was very friendly and hospitable, and the waitress was also very friendly, hospitable, and attentive to the Mrs and me. The only less than satisfactory part of my experience at this location was the meat cutter section. I could understand being overwhelmed at having to carve turkey, ham, and cook steaks for people all at the same time especially with the size of the crowd on Thanksgiving which is exactly what they were, overwhelmed. 2 young dudes that I'm sure had never had to deal with that big of a crowd before. But all in all I was pleased with my experience."
"The people seem sketchy but they’re my kind of people so it was ok. The waitress I had was pretty awesome n thorough! Sorry I didn’t catch her name. The food itself looked n smelled amazing but was not so appetizing when you had it in ur mouth. Sorry to say. I have since felt nauseous and dizzy since dining here. Sux cause we’ve always wanted to try the place. Prob won’t be back."
"The food was good. The waitresses only came about three times to the table. I had all the dishes there on one side. I needed a glass of water. but the waitress never came to the table."
"I don't know how people can rate this place poorly. The pot roast is outstanding! Reminds me of Mom's! Cooked for 14 hours, it just falls apart. The mashed potatoes are HOMEMADE and delicious. The salad bar is very good too. I also had skyline chili which was delicious, along with a side of hush puppies. Excellent. I tried the fried chicken and it was very good, as was the meatloaf. Sweet tea was so good. Don't be thrown because this place is located at a truck stop. I go here once a month for lunch and it's always on point. Servers are very nice too."
