"Ahhh Kathy is the bomb, she’s tough, but she treats you like family if you aren’t acting like a child. We stayed for senior week back in the day to this day never had any issues. If you’re expecting the ritz, maybe you shouldn’t book here, however if you’re looking for a good time and family atmosphere I recommend it. Perfect location."

"The place was so dirty. Sheets were stained. The refrigerator door would not shut. The bathroom door was hanging off. There were ants all over the kitchen floor. The carpet had crumbs left all over them. Kathy the owner came to our room Sunday night WITHOUT KNOCKING OR ANYONE KNOWING yelling at all of us while counting the people in the room. Our group rented out 3 units in her place did she not think we were all gonna hang out? While she was at our place yelling she yells in my face saying I had a “smirk” and “I would be the first to go to jail.” She also called another girl in our group “problematic.” VERY VERY unprofessional. She also claimed we would be allowed to stay until 5PM on Monday but instead made all 3 of our units get out by 10AM. While we were leaving she was literally digging through our trash."

"This place was disgusting. There was ants everywhere. Supposedly we weren’t even allowed to go into our friends rooms. It’s a senior house. What does she expect, quietness? There was no toilet paper, no trash bags, the floors were disgusting, and nothing was supplied except for dirty dishes. The sheets weren’t even clean. When we left only one person came to clean THE WHOLE HOUSE. THERE WAS NO CLEANING LADIES. IT WAS GROSS. Thank God I brought my own sheets. I’m surprised we don’t have bed bugs lol. It was gross. Then, “Kathy” told us we can leave at 5 PM. THEN SHE KICKS US OUT AT 10 AM. When you check out, usually CLEANING SERVICES come at 10 so that’s why we have to leave. NOT THIS PLACE. Too expensive for what. It was disgusting. I don’t recommend. Lady was weird and suspicious these reviews are lying lol"

"We planned a ladies and kids weekend for this coming Memorial Day, but last minute she changed the price and doubled it! Valerie, our good friend knew the owner and reached out to her for two units. As a friend, she was given a deal of $500. We all agreed to book, but were told today that $500 would only cover two of the adults and it would be an additional $700. This most certainly is not how businesses should be ran! Beware of this place, it is a SCAM!"

"My family has been coming to this hotel for years now. It is a block away from the beach and the rates are reasonable. There is plenty of parking close by and the hotel is also a block away from the best pizza on the island, Sam's. Kathy, the same friendly woman who has greeted us for years, is still the owner. My wife and I are heading down this weekend. We look forward to sitting on our private balcony at the hotel before heading to N. Wildwood's Irish Fest."
