Evergreen Apartments at Riverfront Heights

"Hated it. Don’t expect anything updated the place is run down and you don’t get to see the apartment before you sign the lease. The hallways are never cleaned and they stink. Pool has been closed since Covid which is ridiculous. In a short period of time I had multiple water leaks in my apartment. Could’ve been worst but still wouldn’t recommend unless this is the cheapest you could find."

"Please note that this is one of those rental properties that try to catch tenants off guard with unit inspections. I've been a tenant at Evergreen Riverfront Heights for two years and have consistently gotten notices taped to the door, electronically and via mail when they want you to be aware of something. The ONLY time that they've ever only chosen one mode of communication (mail) is when there's going to be a "unit inspection". Most rental properties are aware that tenants don't check their mail daily, especially if they have to go out of their way to do so (e.g. mailboxes near the front of the complex but you live in the back). Thus, to still be in compliance with state law they send a notice by mail but ONLY BY MAIL. No taped notice on the door and no email notification like they do for other notices. Just something you may want to be aware of if you're considering living here. It's a very sneaky way to get around unacceptable entry and many rental properties do it cause it's technically not illegal."

"Kiara and Julia are very nice. Kiara was very thorough during our tour of the property. She answered all my questions and got back to me on the few she didn't have the answers to. Move in was very simple and quick. I like that everything is pretty much online and not so much paper being printed and wasted. It's quiet and the neighbors stay to themselves. These apartments aren't on a Main Street and are sort of hidden which I like. Maintenance is pretty quick when you place a work order in. They balconies could use a good power washing and paint job though."

"I used to recommend this place to friends and family 2-3 years ago, not anymore. Not worth the cheap rent. Maintenance wont fix your problems, just will plan multiple visits and say. “We’ll be back” and office staff doesnt care to help you. Buildings are old and dirty. Moving in & out is made harder by leaving unnecessary chains up even though you’re communicating with them that you're moving large items. Dont do it. They're just a headache to deal with these days. Glad to be moving out."

"I lived here for 4 years & it was a nice place to live, taking care of & wayyy better than Driftwood apartments!!! I would recommend Riverfront Heights NOT THEIR OTHER PROPERTY DRIFTWOOD ((HORRIBLE)) place to live Andre nor Richard care about issues that go on! I have even meant with Andre about issues that have STILL NOT been taking care of. NASTY DIRTY LAUNDRY ROOMS & HALLWAYS!!! Corporate is just as bad, they don't answer nor return calls. Not to mention the last 2 years my rents got raised 60$ each year.....where's the money going?????? DEFINITELY NOT INTO ANY ISSUES WITH THESE APARTMENTS-"
