"They have this" one vehicle per unit "rule which no one abides by which in turn leaves no where to park for the tenants who did follow the rules. And rules only apply to certain people, but if you get in good with neighbors and can keep to yourself youll be fine... great pricing the only other downside is the waiting list"

"It's not a bad place because of the pricing but there is a roach and mouse problem. I ended up fixing the rodent problem myself (opening under the kitchen sink below the cabinets) that got rid of the mice from coming into my unit alone with peppermint oil that drove the roaches out. If you want a good price this is the place but be prepared to do your own problem solving for issues"
