"Better have your parking pass clearly visible. Because your vehicle WILL be towed. Even if the pass fell on the floor. Doesn't matter. That'll be $200+. You'll have the pleasure of dealing with the wonderful towing company (JNA Parking Enforcement) that they have contracted. The owner rides around with his pitbull in his tow truck and can't be reasoned with. I almost had a GUN pulled on me. Nice people. Good job, Oakley, having your goons steal $225 from me. Think you're safe parked at night? Guess again. They'll come at 1am. I'm not sure how family can visit you when they'll be towed away after parking for only a couple minutes. If you don't mind this, then "The Oakley" might be ok for you. But you've been warned."

"I didn’t even live here a year before having to escape out. When obtaining an apartment here please check all walls and AC units. I had mold growing in my bedroom which unfortunately resulted in me having a pneumonia. I was constantly sick afterwards loss of memory, cough, couldn’t breathe right etc all due to the mold. Nothing was done to fox it. My living room wall leaked each time it rained because the AC unit was not properly installed . There were mouses towards the end of my stay. The heat never worked in my bedroom. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything. I lived in a building with the WORST neighbors, slamming doors constantly throwing stuff down the stairs and don’t get me started on the parking. As nice as it looks management and the buildings do not match what you see online. Thanks for the bad lungs Oakley"

Maintenance is quick and responsive, and any delays are met with communication. The apartment is gorgeously renovated with an open floor plan, pet friendly, and the grounds are taken care of! "I lived in this complex for 2 years and they were absolutely fantastic; the only reason I left was because my job was transferred out of state. Jackie, the property manager, was always very prompt and helpful in her responses. The maintenance guys, Jimmy & Joe, were always extremely helpful and took care of anything that came up. Joe always took the time to chat with me whenever he would see me, check in to make sure everything was going okay, and would always say hi to my dog."
