"An elderly woman was in the office today and was extremely rude. Myself and my 9 month baby came in to tour a one and two bedroom apartment. I called yesterday morning and asked when was a good time to come in and lady on the phone was very kind and pleasant. However, today when I came in the elderly woman was very rude and mean and unwelcoming. She wouldn’t even allow me to tour or view the available apartments the other woman on the phone had mentioned. I’m highly disappointed. Didn’t want to have to take my money elsewhere but I understand."
