"The staff is amazing! Very caring, helpful and responsive. The biggest issue with the apartment is the freight train that runs all hours of the day and night. It is multiple times a day and for a few minutes each time. It is very loud and will wake you."
"I visited a friend that lives here. Apartment grounds are clean and well manicured. The common hallways are clean. The qpartment is nice, roomy, two bedroom place. Combo living room and dining."

App fee: $50/each person renting only available from sep 13 - 2 beds 1 bath security deposit fee, depends on the application verification: might be 1 month fee or 0.5 month fee To book the apartment : there will be $200 fee which will be reduced from 1st month rent"
"Do not rent here. They won't abide by the stipulations of their own lease. Subleasing is allowed, but they will not allow it under frivolous pretenses. Review the lease and unless they change it, one can consult an attorney, take them to court, and easily win."
"Please don’t be fooled by the reviews in google! They constantly delete their reviews. One big concern is the footstep and wood cracking noise from the upstairs, the management do nothing about it. The apartments are pest infested. The only good thing about its rent and its location. And there is a rail line behind the apartment!"
