"Absolutely don’t fix anything. Don’t move here they have broken pipes, mold, AC systems don’t work and just out dated. They take forever to come out to fix anything. Other Tenants are ghetto and nosy. Trash everywhere in the halls and dumpsters. Office staff are rude. I"

"Don’t move here! 3 different property management companies in 2 years and the new Property manager Kim Carpenter is greedy for money and will take forever to fix issues in your apartment. The maintenance workers make you feel uncomfortable and its always trash overflowing because they switched to smaller dumpsters to save money. The letter left on my door was the last straw for me, they dont care about folks being unemployed during this time all they want is to get paid!!"
"Ive heard of farrand villiage by my friend and connections its a very clean well kept and safe area they are up to date with maintence im staying at limestone terrace till september then im moving to farrand. They dont fix things people in the office are rude. I think farrand is a better choice then limestone terrace."
