Spring Crossing

"I lived there for 1 yr., these are older bldgs with older bldg issues. Although I didn't really have many bad interactions with the staff of the large NJ owner/operator apartment company, I know that many people have felt threatened. I ended up liking the girls in the office. Nothing can be done to these 50 yr old Apts that can turn them luxury. The saying "lipstick on a pig" is the best analogy. They have a problem w/too much trash for the dumpsters every week so atleast 2 days a week it looks like an official dumpsite, there are No recycling receptacles on premises, and, many many car break insurance & thefts, the bullet holes are still in the front fence from one of the 2022 shootings. For good or bad, the county police & fire dept are there very often, so i assume there is a great response time to calls. Our actual cement floor had chunks missing under the carpet, kitchen drawers missing the back so everything falls into the cabinet below, some windows dont lock closet doors that couldn't stay In their tracks due to uneven floors/walls. We actually had an apt front door with a lock in the knob BUT NO KEY- we had to be VERY careful to NOT get permanently locked out by it. (There was a deadbolt above the knob w/key to use instead). The homemade cardboard funnel above my heater/aircondirioner had so many tape gaps that we had to keep the (off track) hearing closet door open at all times since heat/cooling only came from there (the gaps in tape caused lack of forced air to reach the vents on the walls, BUT that did work well.The paint they used to cover the entire tub (?) cracked came off on about 25% of the surface. They used flat, unwashable paint in the kitchen &bathroom for some reason. The tub faucet was falling off the cracked surround. The kitchen floor, due to the uneven underfloor, cracked just by standing on it due to the air gap between the flooring & concrete. Parking can be an issue since there isn't enough close to your actual bldg. Many outlets were put in upside down, Dog poop is an issue since many people refuse to clean up after their pets. They now have plenty of hot water b/c they fixed that issue in my bldg (bldg2) --- BUT, on the upside, they are close to I95, shoprite is literally right infront, there is a bus stop at the entrance if you needed to use DART, You can get a washer dryer installed in your apt for an additional. (+/- 150 per month) but you lose your only non bedroom closet, they seem to just take the doirs off and unfortunately, the reat of the closet space will be unavailable on both sides due to not making the opening bigger to access it. Otherwise, there are pay washer/dryers in each bldg. They DO have dishwashers but DO NOT include a microwave or garbage disposal. The Apts are better priced than many others in the area, they have a pool, most of the workmen are friendly, I was lucky to have nice neighbors the whole time. There was lots of room in the green common ground to walk a dog & there was a tiny fenced dog park area also."

"Not really sure WHEN the images of the exterior were taken, but this blatant and fraudulent advertising...far from reality. Drove by there two days ago and the complex looks rundown. While in the parking lot, I had to take my phone out and look at the images again, because I was in total disbelief. I was so deterred by the lack of curb appeal, I immediately drove out of the complex, refusing to even step inside the Leasing Office. If the management company will be this bold to lie about the exterior of their property, I can only wonder what the actual insides look like!"

"My husband and I were struggling to find the right place that makes you feel like home then we came cross this complex and found all that we were looking for and wanted. It is a perfect location that is clean and with a very nice neighborhood and an awesome staff Sam and Brici which were amazing and made our move easy. It has been a month now and no issues, no bugs it is pleasant lo live here!!"
