"I have tried to recommend many people to this apartment complex and everyone that applied always got ignored . I Believe the new staff in the leasing office is picking and choosing who they want in their development and given everybody else to run around. I do not recommend this complex ,Due to the fact that the leasing office and the new management is being very biased on who they choose as tenants. I believe racism and discrimination is reason why many of my family and friends are being neglected."
"I moved in about 5 months ago, so far I love it! I honestly have no idea where all of these negative comments are coming from because I have never had a problem with the staff, parking, or hearing my neighbors excessively. Maintenance does take a while to fulfill work orders, but to be fair this is an extremely large complex so it is understandable. I do agree that the staff isn’t the best at answering the phones or returning phone calls but they have all been super kind! There is always a bunch of parking, the pool and new gym are very nice amenities as well. I just wish we can bring guests to the pool. It is kinda weird that we have to pay to bring guests every single time. Other complexes allow you to pay for two guest passes and use them interchangeably. I think that would be a better system. Other than that I love my apartment. The prices are reasonable and the apartments are spacious."
"Maintenance people as well as property manager are so rude and does not have sense to talk to people. Property manger is just worst talking to the residents. She is getting angry on me instead of pacifying the issue she have the audacity to blackmail me saying that we are going to push back your work order. I would just give negative stars if possible. Also they say it is smoke free apartments. Neighbors next door are smoking outside the apartments and its so uncomfortable even after complaining 2-3 times they have not taken any action . Always have to inhale that passive smoke. Worst at managing the property for sure."
"The maintenance people will just walk into your apartment when you're not home. It's so uncomfortable, I come home and see someone was around my possessions. No call, no text, no anything. I just see someone on my cameras and they leave a note that they were in your space. I like to prepare and put my things away before someone comes into my space. No respect for privacy or communicating when someone is going to come into the place where you lay your head."
